Hanker Systems is looking for a US HR and Contracts Specialist with 2 to 4 years of experience to join our team in Hyderabad (Onsite).

Manage HR processes for US-based employees
Handle contracts, compliance, and documentation
Support recruitment and onboarding processes
Ensure adherence to US labor laws and regulations

2-4 years of experience in US HR & contracts management
Strong understanding of US labor laws & compliance
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
