US Recruiter

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic US IT Recruiter with 1 to 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment for IT positions in the US market. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and placing candidates for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and screen potential IT candidates from job portals (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.), internal databases, and networking.
• Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidates skills, experience, and interest.
• Negotiate pay rates and employment terms with candidates.
  Work closely with Account Managers and Clients to understand job requirements.
• Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Ensure compliance with US recruitment policies, visa regulations, and tax terms (W2, 1099, Corp-to-Corp).
• Maintain strong relationships with candidates for future hiring needs.

Requirements:

🔹 1 to 4 years of experience in US IT recruitment.
🔹 Strong understanding of US tax terms, work authorizations, and hiring processes.
🔹 Hands-on experience with job portals and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
🔹 Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
🔹 Ability to work in US time zones (Night Shift).
