Position Overview:

We are hiring for both Junior and Mid IT Recruiters with 1-3 years of experience in IT recruitment & NON-IT. The ideal candidates will have hands-on experience with Victor VMS and Covendis and will play a crucial role in sourcing and managing IT talent to meet our client and organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting IT & NON-IT candidates for various roles.
Manage job postings and candidate applications through Victor VMS and Covendis.
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
Support senior recruiters and hiring managers with recruitment processes.
Senior IT Recruiter:
Lead recruitment efforts for complex IT roles and manage the full recruitment cycle.
Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using Victor VMS and Covendis.
Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and industry professionals.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior recruiters.
Analyze recruitment metrics and improve processes for efficiency.

Qualifications:

Experience: 1-3 years of experience in IT & NON-IT recruitment.
Tools: Proficiency in Victor VMS and Covendis is highly preferred.

Skills:

Strong understanding of IT and NON-IT roles and technical requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in IT & NON-IT roles. Role & responsibilities
