Job Title: Talent Acquisition Operations Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Operations Lead with 10 to 12 years of experience in a Talent Acquisition Analytics & Operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing, optimizing, and driving efficiencies across TA operations while ensuring seamless coordination between candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, interview panels, Referrals and third-party vendors.


Required Skills:


  • 10 to 12 years of experience in Talent Acquisition Operations, with a strong focus on process optimization and efficiency.
  • Proven expertise in offer desk management, interview scheduling, and candidate engagement, ensuring a seamless recruitment experience.
  • Exceptional coordination and stakeholder management skills, facilitating smooth collaboration across multiple teams and external partners.
  • Proficiency in Talent Acquisition tools, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and advanced MS Excel/PowerPoint for reporting and analytics.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities, with a strategic mindset to drive TA initiatives effectively.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, manage multiple priorities, and ensure timely execution of TA operations.
  • Advanced data analytics and data analysis skills, leveraging insights to drive informed decision-making in hiring strategies.
  • A mentor and team builder, fostering a collaborative work environment and instilling a positive, results-driven attitude within the team.
  • Hands-on experience in working with third-party interview assessment vendors, ensuring seamless execution of evaluation processes.
  • Prior experience in data-driven hiring and TA analytics, enabling continuous improvement in recruitment strategies.
  • Exposure to HR technology platforms and automation tools, driving efficiency and innovation in Talent Acquisition processes.

Key Responsibilities:


  • TA Operations Leadership & Team Development
  • Lead, mentor, and oversee a team responsible for Talent Acquisition operations, optimizing processes, enhancing productivity, and fostering a high-performance recruitment support function.
  • Candidate Engagement & Experience
  • Ensure a smooth and engaging candidate journey from application to onboarding.
  • Interview Scheduling & Coordination
  • Manage complex scheduling across multiple time zones, ensuring seamless interactions between candidates and interview panels.
  • Feedback Collection & Follow-Up
  • Establish structured mechanisms to collect and analyze interview feedback for better hiring decisions.
  • Offer Desk Management
  • Oversee the offer process, including approvals, negotiations, and documentation, while ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • TA Analytics & Reporting
  • Generate data-driven insights, create dashboards and presentations, and track key TA metrics to drive process improvements.
  • Compliance & Process Adherence
  • Ensure adherence to hiring policies, regulatory requirements, and internal SLAs.
  • Process Optimization & Automation
  • Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency in TA workflows through HR technology and tools.
  • Employee Referral Program Management
  • Design, implement, and drive strategic employee referral initiatives to enhance talent pipelines, improve sourcing efficiency, and boost employee engagement in the hiring process.
  • Referral Performance Analysis & Reporting
  • Regularly generate and analyze referral program reports, tracking key metrics to assess effectiveness, optimize participation, and drive data-driven improvements.
  • Vendor Relationship & Assessment Management
  • Partner with third-party vendors to facilitate online interview assessments, ensuring seamless execution, compliance with hiring standards, and alignment with organizational requirements.
  • Employer Branding Support
  • Work closely with the branding team to enhance candidate perception and engagement during hiring cycles.
  • Onboarding & Pre-joining Engagement
  • Ensure a seamless transition for new hires by coordinating pre-joining activities and onboarding logistics.

Preferred:


Bachelor's / Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

This role requires strong analytical skills, stakeholder management, and a solution-oriented approach to elevate TA operations to the next level.
