Talent Acquisition Lead: Microfinance | Gurgaon

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
• Utilize various channels such as job portals, social media, professional networks, and
  employee referrals to identify potential candidates.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct initial screening of resumes and applications to shortlist candidates.
• Assess candidates qualifications, experience, and cultural fit for the organization.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand their recruiting needs and requirements.
• Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
• Ensure timely and effective communication between candidates and hiring managers.
• Measure key recruitment metrics, like the source of hire and time-to-hire.
• Plan employee referral programs to create an engaged workforce.

Requirements and skills:

• Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Lead
• Ability to develop and maintain long-term strategic relationships with candidates as well
  as with internal teams and external partners
• Demonstrable experience managing full-cycle recruiting and employer branding
  initiatives
• Solid understanding of sourcing techniques and tools (e.g. social networks)
• Good team-management abilities
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to foster long-term relationships (with
  internal teams, external partners, and candidates)
  

Key Qualifications & Skills:

• 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in MFI, NBFC, or BFSI.
• Should have experience in bulk hiring
• Knowledge of rural hiring challenges and workforce planning
• Hands-on experience with ATS, job portals, and recruitment tools.
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.
• Willing to travel in the entire region/Zone.
