Desktop Support Engineer

Role & responsibilities

Technical Support: Provide end-user support for hardware, software, and peripheral devices, ensuring quick and efficient resolution of technical issues.

System Maintenance: Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems (Windows, macOS, or Linux) and essential software applications.

Network Support: Assist with basic network troubleshooting, including connectivity issues, VPN setup, and printer configurations.

Hardware Management: Diagnose and resolve hardware-related problems, including desktops, laptops, and mobile devices, and coordinate with vendors for warranty claims.

Documentation: Maintain records of IT assets, incidents, and resolutions in the ticketing system,

ensuring compliance with organizational processes.

Customer Interaction: Communicate effectively with users to understand their concerns, provide timely updates, and deliver exceptional service.
