Job Description:

What will you do in this role?

- M&A Analysis: Lead and support due diligence efforts, including financial analysis, market research, and operational reviews.

- Financial Modeling: Develop, update, and maintain sophisticated financial models (e.g.,LBO, DCF, precedent transaction analysis) to evaluate potential M&A transactions.

- Valuation: Conduct company valuations using various methodologies such as discounted cash flow (DCF), comparable company analysis, and precedent transactions.

- Transaction Support: Assist in the preparation of pitch books, presentations, and other documents to present findings and recommendations to senior management and clients.

- Deal Execution: Coordinate with internal teams and external advisors to ensure the smooth execution of transactions.

- Industry Research: Perform market and industry analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for potential mergers or acquisitions.

- Client Interaction: Interface with clients to communicate key findings and offer strategic recommendations during the M&A process.

- Financial Reporting: Prepare detailed financial reports, summaries, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

- Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and timeliness.

Essential Requirements for the Role:

- Education: MBA or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field from a top-tier institution.

- Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience in investment banking or corporate finance, with a focus on M&A transactions, Building future projections for all 3 financial statements is a plus (BS, P&L, CFS).

Skills & Knowledge:

- Proficiency in advanced financial modeling, including valuation techniques and M&A transaction structuresZ.

- In-depth knowledge of corporate finance, financial statements, and accounting principlesZ.

- Strong understanding of capital markets, M&A process, and deal structuringZ.

- Experience with private equity transactions or cross-border deals is highly desirablG.

- Experience in conducting market research and preparing financial presentations.
