This comprehensive process includes designing, procurement, production, labelling and packaging, all conducted in-house at OfBusiness-owned manufacturing facilities.

III) ABOUT THE ROLE:
The role joins our high-performing Woven Garments & Home Furnishing category, a business driving - 1400 Cr annually, as a Key Accounts Lead. Based in Bengaluru (Nagavara), you will spearhead strategic account management for a portfolio of International Clients, primarily representing the American market.
In this role, you will lead the end-to-end Account Management lifecycle, delivering on client servicing, renewals, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities. Our prestigious client portfolio includes renowned global brands such as GAP, Columbia, H&M, Old Navy, Speedo, and IKEA, among others.
Key Responsibilities:
(a) Owning the P&L of assigned accounts, ensuring profitability and growth.
(b) Driving wallet share expansion by deepening client relationships through renewals, upselling, and cross-selling initiatives.
(c) Collaborate across functional teams - Design, Merchandising, Procurement, Planning, and Production - to guarantee seamless client service and on-time deliveries.
(d) Lead initiatives to strengthen existing partnerships and actively pursue new business opportunities for continued expansion.
We are seeking individuals with high ownership and leadership/influencing skills to effectively manage client relationships & servicing and grow business further. An ideal candidate must have a high growth mindset and ambition to take on bigger roles progressively within the system.
