Roles and Responsibilities :
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular communication and exceptional service.
- Sales Management: Identify new business opportunities, upsell and cross-sell products/services, and achieve sales targets.
- Customer Success: Ensure clients achieve their desired outcomes through our solutions, leading to high satisfaction and retention rates.
- Account Strategy: Develop strategic account plans to drive client success and business growth.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
- Problem Resolution: Address client issues promptly and effectively, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
- Market Insights: Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the eCommerce industry to provide informed recommendations to clients.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams including marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure a seamless client experience.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years in an account management, sales, or customer success role within the eCommerce industry.
- Education: Bachelor's degree/master's in business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Advanced degree is a plus.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the eCommerce landscape, including market trends, competitive dynamics, and key players.
- Category Experience: Prior experience in a category management role within an eCommerce company is highly preferred.
- Sales Skills: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Customer Focus: Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work the night shift to support international clients.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency with CRM software, eCommerce platforms, and other relevant tools.

North America Shift Timings: 5.30 PM 2.00 AM IST.
