Job Title: Talent Acquisition Vendor Management Lead

Experience: 10 to 12 Years

Location: Hyderabad

Work Mode: Work from Office must

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Vendor Management Lead with 10 to 12 years of experience in a corporate IT industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end vendor management processes, evaluating vendors for Contract, Contract-to-Hire, and Full-Time Employment (FTE) across all SAP and IT-related requirements. This role requires strong expertise in vendor selection, contract negotiation, compliance with legal terms aligned with organizational policies.


Required Skills:

  • 10 to 12 years of experience in Talent Acquisition Vendor Management within a corporate IT environment.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP and IT hiring requirements, vendor selection, and contract management.
  • Expertise in procurement processes, legal compliance, purchase order (PO) management, Master Service Agreements (MSA), and code of conduct policies.
  • Proven ability to analyze vendor performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Building rapport with the existing contract resources and taking care of their renewals as per the contract durations
  • Strong data analytics and reporting abilities to track and optimize vendor performance.
  • Ability to lead a team, mentor junior staff, and drive efficient operations.
  • Effective problem-solving skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Experience in handling vendor negotiations and contracts for large-scale IT and SAP hiring, SAP / IT Training institute to build the strong pipeline of the candidates based on the need of the requirements.
  • Exposure to HR technology platforms and automation tools for vendor management.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Vendor Evaluation: Assess and onboard vendors for Contract, Contract-to-Hire, and FTE hiring for SAP and IT requirements.
  • Vendor Management: Oversee the entire vendor management lifecycle, including performance analysis, compliance, and relationship building.
  • Contract & Legal Compliance: Ensure all vendor contracts adhere to legal and organizational policies, including Master Service Agreements (MSA) and code of conduct policies.
  • Procurement & PO Management: Handle purchase orders and ensure smooth processing within the organization's procurement framework.
  • Vendor Identification: Source and identify SAP training institutes and IT vendors based on business needs to fulfill hiring demands.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to align vendor capabilities with hiring objectives.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and evaluate vendor performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.
  • Data Analytics & Reporting: Leverage data analytics to generate vendor performance reports and align them with organizational goals.
  • Networking & Relationship Building: Develop a strong vendor network to ensure timely and quality talent acquisition.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of two members, guiding and mentoring them to ensure smooth operations.
  • Recruitment Support: Coordinate with recruiters on challenging requirements and provide strategic support to deliver hires within short notice.

Preferred:


  • Bachelor's / Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • This role requires expertise in SAP/IT hiring, vendor management, contract negotiation, and stakeholder collaboration to drive efficient TA operations and optimize vendor performance.
