JD:

Key Responsibilities:

• Land Identification and Acquisition:

Conduct comprehensive land surveys and analysis to identify potential wind farm sites based on wind resource potential, topography, and land availability.
Initiate and manage land acquisition processes, including negotiations with landowners, lease agreements, and property due diligence.
Coordinate with legal teams to ensure proper land title documentation and compliance with land use regulations.

• Stakeholder Engagement:

Build relationships with landowners, Locals, Community leaders, and Local government officials to address concerns and facilitate project approvals.
Conduct community outreach programs to educate on wind energy development and address potential impacts.
Manage stakeholder expectations and resolve land-related conflicts.

• Permitting and Compliance:

Navigate complex permitting processes at the local, state, and federal levels for wind energy projects.
Ensure compliance with environmental regulations related to land use, wildlife, and cultural heritage.
Prepare necessary documentation for permitting applications and environmental impact assessments.

• Project Development Support:

Collaborate with engineering and development teams to optimize wind farm layout and design considering land constraints.
Coordinate land management activities with construction and operations phases of the project.
Monitor land use compliance during project construction and operation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Land Management Expertise:
Strong understanding of land acquisition processes, property law, and land title research.
Renewable Energy Knowledge:
Familiarity with wind Or Solar energy development, site selection criteria, and regulatory landscape.
Communication and Negotiation Skills:
Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively engage with Clients, landowners, stakeholders, and government officials and Locals.
Project Management Skills:
Ability to manage land acquisition projects with multiple deadlines and stakeholders.
