Job Description: PMO/ Project/ Planning
Position: Multiple Openings at different level (For Ground Mounted Projects)

Location: Mumbai OR Anywhere is Maharashtra.
Experience: 8-20 years
Language Requirement: Proficiency in Marathi
Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Coordination and Monitoring:
• Oversee the coordination of all ground-mounted projects, ensuring seamless execution.
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly project activities and provide regular updates.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects by closely tracking progress and addressing delays.
2. Management Information Systems (MIS):
• Develop, manage, and maintain project-related MIS reports.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting of project data to senior management and stakeholders.
3. Project Execution and Scheduling:
• Develop comprehensive project schedules, ensuring alignment with overall project goals.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure efficient execution.
• Identify critical paths and mitigate potential risks impacting project timelines.
4. Stakeholder Communication:
• Communicate project plans, actions, risks, and issues to internal and external stakeholders.
• Facilitate regular project meetings and status updates.
5. Documentation and Reporting:
• Ensure all project documentation is accurate and up-to-date throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and present project reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership reviews.
6. Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams, vendors, and contractors.
• Foster collaboration and teamwork to achieve project objectives.

1. Issue Resolution:
• Identify and address project-related issues, ensuring timely resolution.
• Implement corrective measures to mitigate project risks and prevent recurrence of issues.

Qualifications and Experience:

• 8-20 years of experience in project coordination, management, and execution of ground-mounted projects.
• Proven track record in managing project budgets, schedules, and stakeholder communication.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in MIS development and project reporting.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Fluent in Marathi with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related fields.
• PMP or relevant project management certification.
• Experience in the renewable energy or infrastructure sector is a plus.
