Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Compliance HR professional with 4-5 years of experience to ensure adherence to labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies at Onix Renewable. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining HR compliance in line with regulatory frameworks specific to the renewable energy sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Labor Law Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws, including Shops & Establishment Act, EPF, ESIC, Gratuity, and Bonus Act.
• Statutory Filings: Manage monthly/annual filings for PF, ESI, PT, LWF, and other statutory obligations.
• Policy Implementation: Assist in drafting, reviewing, and enforcing HR policies in compliance with government regulations.
• Audits & Inspections: Coordinate labor department inspections, internal/external HR audits, and compliance reporting.
• Contract Labor Management: Ensure compliance with Contract Labor (Regulation & Abolition) Act, maintaining contractor records and agreements.
• Employee Records & Documentation: Maintain compliance-related employee documentation, including offer letters, exit formalities, and background verifications.
• POSH Compliance: Ensure implementation of the Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) policy and coordinate Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) activities.
• ESG & Industry-Specific Compliance: Align HR policies with environmental, social, and governance (ESG) requirements in the renewable energy sector.
• Liaison with Authorities: Coordinate with labor departments, legal consultants, and other regulatory bodies.
• Training & Awareness: Conduct compliance training for employees and management to ensure legal awareness.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent.
• Experience: 4-5 years in HR compliance, preferably in a renewable energy company or related industry.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of labor laws, HR audits, and statutory compliance frameworks.
• Skills: Attention to detail, legal acumen, excellent communication, and ability to handle multiple compliance-related tasks.
• Tools: Proficiency in HRMS, MS Excel, and compliance tracking software.
