Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Compliance Officer to ensure that our operations adhere to legal and regulatory requirements, as well as internal policies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of compliance frameworks within the security industry and demonstrate a proactive approach to maintaining organizational integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and oversee compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Manage of PF, ESIC, PT and MLWF Act.
• Prepare ESIC Challan and submit online ESIC Portal.
• Contract Labour License Registration and Renewal.
• Submission of returns as per the labor laws.
• Obtaining and Renewal of CLRA and S&E licenses.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure operational compliance.
• Monitor changes in laws and regulations relevant to the security industry and update company policies accordingly.
• Handle internal and external compliance investigations and audits.
• Prepare and submit compliance reports to senior management and regulatory authorities as required.
• Maintain records of compliance activities, including complaints and resolution outcomes.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelors degree
• 3-8 years of experience in compliance, preferably within the security or related department.
• Strong knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and standards.
• Ability to work independently and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and compliance management software.
