The good thing about this company is leaders (CEO and MD/COO)other than top leaders. They’ll support you but top leaders don’t consider middle level leaders which are CEO and MD.

Dislikes

If I talk about my dislike I’ll be having a huge list. First of all policy are made by chairman instead of HR. There’s no job security in this company and it’s just like working under a King if he doesn’t like you he’ll kick you out. Decisions are done on bias basis and appraisal are just similar to cash back. If I Talk about KRA What ever KRA will be decided at the time of hiring don’t believe on that you’ll be doing extra KRA. For instance you’ll be doing 10 people of work and with short TAT. This company doesn’t have any job security so if you are planning to join this company you’ll be regretting afterwards. Work culture is to pathetic with high rate of attrition. There’s no count of over time but if you get late or something you’ll be thrown out of this company with any warning letter.
