Job Description
- Monitoring daily operations, including server hardware, software, and operating systems.
- Maintain and support the company's IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and software applications.
- Testing, troubleshooting, and modifying information systems so that they operate effectively.
- Ensure data security and integrity by implementing security measures and conducting regular audits.
- Manage IT helpdesk support and respond to user inquiries
- Monitor network performance and system health
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their IT needs
- Provide technical support and training to employees to address IT-related issues and enhance user proficiency.
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure efficient and secure operations.
- Manage software and hardware procurement, installation, and maintenance.
- Monitor and troubleshoot network performance and resolve connectivity issues.
- Coordinate with external vendors and partners for IT services and solutions.
- Assuring all IT activities are performed within the parameters of applicable laws, codes, and regulations.
- EPBX, CCTV and Biomatrix experience
- Experience with IT support and troubleshooting.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
