Assistant General Manager (AGM) - PNM Demand
- We are seeking a dynamic Assistant General Manager (AGM) to lead the Packers & Movers (PNM) sales vertical.
- The role requires a motivated leader with strong sales and strategic planning skills to drive business growth, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure the achievement of top-line and bottom-line business targets.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team for the Packers & Movers vertical.
- Monitor and achieve key business metrics, including conversions and core targets.
- Collaborate with supply and support teams, ensuring adherence to processes and guidelines.
- Document, analyze, and report on process parameters and business insights.
- Design and execute training programs to improve team efficiency and output quality.
- Foster communication and synergy across teams for seamless operations.
- Conduct daily follow-ups on existing leads while working on new lead acquisition.
- Manage hiring, training, and resource allocation to support city launches.
- Oversee market surveys and strategize city launch activities based on survey data.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to ensure timely launches and campaigns.
- Set up field and call processes during and post-launch phases.
- Define short-term team targets and ensure timely growth to designated order levels.
Requirements:
- Master's in Business Administration (MBA) with specialization in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- A minimum of 4+ years of proven experience in sales and demand generation.
- Strong leadership abilities with a track record of managing and motivating teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales tracking systems.
- Data-driven decision-making skills with the ability to extract insights from analytics.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a proven history of exceeding sales targets.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, events, and city launches as required.
