Job Description:
- We are seeking a talented individual to join our Talent Consulting team. This role will be based in Mumbai. This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office.
Director - Talent Strategy Consulting
We will count on you to:
Lead delivery of complex projects across solution areas:
- Organization Transformation - Organization Design and Structuring, Workforce Planning, Job Evaluation, New Shape of Work - Work Redesign, Flexible Working, Re/Upskilling, etc.
- Talent Management - Skills Framework, Career Architecture, Assessment and Development, Leadership Coaching, Performance Management System, etc.
- Employee Experience - Culture, EVP, Engagement, Employee Listening, etc.
- Develop white papers / PoVs and drive thought leadership to strengthen the Mercer brand.
- Lead business development for allocated market through understanding client requirements, leading proposal and solution development and closing opportunities to drive profitable sales.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and establish self as a trusted advisor, etc.
- Individual sales accountability- XX USD - XXX USD.
- Team Revenue Accountability - XXX USD.
- Number of Direct Reportees -4-5.
- Typical Project Team Size - 1-4.
- Manage Multiple Project -Yes.
- Percentage of time spent on Project Management -30 %.
What you need to have:
- Full time MBA from a premier institute.
- 12 to 15 years of relevant work experience in HR function and proven track with reputed organizations.
- Prior consulting experience is a must.
