General Manager - Talent Management
Job Description:
Talent Management:
- Identify critical positions across the organization , drive succession planning for the critical positions, monitor and develop talent to ensure high performing organization culture.
- Identify critical talent across grades, devise and deploy various assessment tools (behavior/potential), 360-degree feedback, assessment centers, etc., to identify developmental needs of critical talent.
- Drive professional development dialogue to capture and moderate aspirations.
Performance Management:
- Drive performance management process across industry.
- Drive goal sheet development, deployment of strategic initiatives across functions and grades.
- Run road-shows for ensuring setting of SMART goals across JRLs for a meaningful appraisal process. Conduct Goal Sheet audits, PMP feedback.
L&D:
- Create framework & manage Multi-Tier-Leadership.
- Development - Program (Executive Development- LDP+ELP, Young Leaders Program, STEP, Transform, Band transition program) in coordination with Corporate.
- Identify future skills and competency requirements of the organization, identify developmental needs and implement for critical resources for future growth and sustainability of the business.
- Work along with COE Head, BHR Heads/ CHROs &SLT members in driving developmental interventions around MTLDP & Coaching.
- Partner with external partners and internal facilitators & coaches.
- Create program to develop in-house pool of facilitators and design content of modules, manuals & methods.
- Create additional focus on custom interventions eg First Time Managers.
Employee Engagement:
- Plan, Develop, implement and deploy various employee engagement initiatives across organization.
- Plan and execute Employee engagement surveys for company.
- Drive Action plan and implementation for better employee experience.
- Drive GPTW in the organization and form Key quality circles for implementation.
- Deploy and implement employee related initiatives as per policy and any initiative unique for the organization (Skip Level, Star Employee of the month/Year, Town halls, Leadership connect).
HRBP:
- Responsible for all HR function related to key Commercial and Strategy functions - Goal Setting, PMP , Employee Engagement, Employee grievances, Recruitment tracking and monitoring, Talent review, Succession planning, TNI based training, Adherence to policy and procedure, Ethics and Compliance etc.
