Head of Learning and Talent Management
The Learning & Talent Management head will be responsible for the design, development, implementation, and evaluation of learning and development programs for the organization's talent management function. This role requires a deep understanding of talent management and learning and development best practices to support the development of the organization's employees and the overall success of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- To assist the CHRO in all learning activities and talent management initiatives for the company. This position will be head a team which will be responsible for design, launch and implementation of all learning initiatives across the company..
- Design and implement programs that aim to grow organizational capability through employee engagement,recognition,capabilitydevelopment,careerdevelopment,successionplanning, etc.
- Develop and deliver training materials, including online courses, instructor-led sessions, and coaching sessions for employees and managers.
- Deploy the designation and grade-wise competency framework for the company
- Independently design the complete architecture of the L&OD function including processes and flow of the L&OD function and how it's going to contribute to business results.
- Consult with business leaders to understand their leadership and management development needs for input and the appropriate sponsorship, engagement and alignment
- Manage and evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development programs, measuring the impact on employee performance and the organization's overall success.
- valuate and select learning technologies and tools that enhance the learning experience and enable self-directed learning for employees.
- To drive the Rewards & Recognition framework
- Succession planning and Career Pathing for key talent
- Embracing different styles of training techniques, including e-learning, coaching, and others
