Position Title: HR MIS Executive
Location: Gurgaon, Sec 20

Salary : Upto 25,000/per month

Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:
The HR MIS Executive will be responsible for managing and maintaining HR data, generating reports, and creating dashboards to support data-driven decision-making within the HR department. This role requires attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in handling HR systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and update HR databases and systems with accurate employee data.
• Generate regular reports on key HR metrics such as attendance, attrition, and workforce productivity.
• Develop and maintain dashboards for tracking HR performance indicators.
• Collaborate with HR teams to interpret data and provide insights for strategy development.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with data privacy policies.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, IT, Business, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in HR MIS, HR analytics, or similar role.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, HRIS systems, and reporting tools.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with HR software (e.g., KEKA, SAP, Workday).

Knowledge of HR metrics and data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau
