Job Description

Roles and Responsibility:

The eCommerce Key Account Manager will manage and grow business with eCommerce portals. This role requires a strong understanding of eCommerce sales, excellent negotiation, and communication skills, acting as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for these portals. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with experience in identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at eCommerce portals to drive growth.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with partners and identify new opportunities for expansion.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize product presentation, pricing, promotions, and content according to each portals requirements.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts to align with company goals while fostering positive partner relations.
  • Analyze market trends and competition, providing strategic recommendations to the team.
  • Monitor sales performance and deliver regular reports and insights to key stakeholders.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to implement initiatives that enhance revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and brand perception.
  • Oversee Amazon catalog management, including variation listings, A+ content, and brand store optimization.
  • Plan and manage shipments for Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) and Fulfillment by Flipkart (FBF).
  • Onboard new eCommerce portals and optimize keywords to improve visibility and performance.

Candidate Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in eCommerce account management or sales.
  • Proven success in negotiation and business development.
  • Strong skills in analysis and problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple tasks.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to meet goals.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
