Position: HR Executive
Location: Gurgaon,sector 20.
Salary: Up to ₹30,000/month
Experience: Minimum 3 year

Job Summary:

We are seeking dynamic and motivated HR Executives to join our team, focusing on Corporate hiring. The ideal candidates will have a proven track record in recruitment, specifically in high-volume environments, and will be responsible for attracting and selecting top talent to meet our business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Must have experience in IT and Non -IT Hiring.
• Reviewing CVs, shortlisting candidates (via Naukri portal, Linkedin, workindia etc.) and managing the recruitment process.
• Generate offer letters, Appointment Letters, Designation Letter, Relieving Letter, etc.
• Source potential candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
• Should be able to do telephonic screening, and schedule the interview and follow- up.
• Candidate Engagement and talent acquisition skills.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 year experience with corporate hiring.
• Should be well versed with job portals : Naukri, Linkedin, Indeed,Job Hai, Work India.
• Should be good in excel with managing EOD Data.
• Should be having Good Comm skills.
• Educational Background : Graduated / Pursuing Graduation.
