• Soft spoken and Excellent communication skills and a team player.
• Should be good in Excel, power point and writing mails.
• Broader JD is as follows:
• Coordination, guidance and to ensure submission of education loan documents at RAC Centre.
• Once education loan documents submitted by the candidate, coordination with RAC Centres for the loan sanction and disbursals.
• Coordination for Students onboarding at Bank.
• Batches planning, Trainers Identification and onboarding, Organising Program Orientation and TTTs to Onboarded Trainers
• Communications to Participants and Trainers.
• Invites to participants, Batches coordination and Monitoring Execution On time start, smooth execution, attendance marking, assessments conduct, ensure training feedback.
• Reporting – Various reports in the prescribed formats as per the program design of the program

Location : Gurgaon
