Human Resource Intern

Key Responsibilities:

• Employee Touchpoint Analysis: Conduct thorough research on employee experiences from recruitment through onboarding, development, engagement, and offboarding.
• Process Improvement Recommendations: Identify gaps in current HR processes and suggest actionable changes to enhance employee satisfaction and efficiency.
• Technology Interface Evaluation: Assess existing technology interfaces used in HR processes and recommend improvements focused on user experience (UI/UX) and aesthetics.
• Benchmarking: Analyze and benchmark against industry standards and best practices, including reviewing company intranets to gather innovative ideas.
• Documentation: Document findings, insights, and recommendations clearly and concisely to facilitate the implementation of proposed changes.
• Collaboration: Work closely with HR teams and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals and strategies.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing an MBA or equivalent masters degree.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and practices.
• Creative problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented mindset.
• Familiarity with UI/UX principles and an eye for user aesthetics.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to benchmark against industry standards.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective documentation and presentations.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
