Position: Instructional Designer/Content Writer

Roles and Responsibilities

• Responsible to update/edit content for Telecom Products
• Person will work on adding content on relevant sections of the Knowledge Portal.
• Person should have Good English communication silks (Oral and written) and attention to detail.
• Person should have skills for content writing. (Update the content in the existing documents.)
• Team player and quick learner.
• 5 days working (Monday to Friday)
• Should work under pressure and would need to stretch the shift timing on demand.
• Knowledge of MS office – Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint

Key Requirements

• Graduate degree in a relevant field.
• Must have worked on Canva/ PPT to create storyboards
• Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and must have basic knowledge of e-learning tools such as Articulate Storyline
• Ability to develop effective ILTs and WBTs storyboards.
• Good understanding of e-learning development.
