We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Instructional Designer with 3-4 years of experience to join our team. In this role, you will design engaging and impactful learning experiences for diverse audiences. Collaborating with subject matter experts, you ll create content that transforms knowledge into actionable learning, leveraging your expertise in instructional methodologies and design tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze client needs and identify training requirements.
Design and develop instructional materials, including storyboards, scripts, eLearning modules, and instructor-led training content.
Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to create learner-focused solutions.
Apply innovative instructional design techniques, such as gamification and scenario-based learning.
Ensure all content aligns with learning objectives and meets quality standards.
Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to refine learning solutions.
Stay updated on industry trends and integrate modern learning approaches.
Requirements:
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.
3-4 years of experience in creating eLearning content and instructional materials.
Expertise in tools like Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar platforms.
Strong understanding of instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, SAM, etc.).
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver within deadlines.
