Below is the brief about requirement :

We are seeking highly skilled, knowledgeable, and preferably Banking experienced Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to contribute to the development of a cutting-edge learning program tailored for Wealth Relationship Managers of a leading private bank.

The program aims to equip participants with advanced domain-specific knowledge and practical skills essential for excelling in the rapidly evolving financial landscape. SMEs will help to develop the content - including power point slides, trainer guide, assessment questions, real-world based case studies, etc., ensuring the material reflects deep expertise and relevance to real-world challenges faced by wealth RMs.

The ideal SME will possess extensive domain expertise in areas such as wealth management, financial planning, Fintech, regulatory frameworks, and knowledge of advanced sales techniques. They should have a thorough understanding of financial products, including lesser-known instruments like market-linked debentures and gold bonds, as well as emerging trends like AI applications in banking.

Knowledge of client-centric strategies, retirement planning, and the psychological principles of influence and persuasion will also be highly valued. This depth of expertise is critical to creating content that is not only informative but also transformative for the participants

Note- we may not find one individual who can handle the entire content creation based on the attached outline so look profiles accordingly.

To assist us in finalizing the work plan and remuneration, we would appreciate your help in sourcing relevant profiles based on the following criteria:

1. Experience and expertise: Profiles with the ability to handle specific modules.
2. Timeframe for completion: Please identify how much time each profile would need to complete the assigned modules.
3. Content quality expectations: There are variations in the level of content quality we require. Some individuals provide raw PowerPoint presentations with basic content, while others provide fully developed, ready-to-deliver presentations.
