Training Coordinator

We are looking for a Training Coordinator to join our Safety Management Consulting Company immediately. This role involves supporting the Training Manager in handling administrative tasks, coordinating training programs, and ensuring smooth execution of training sessions. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Training Manager in planning, scheduling, and coordinating training programs.
• Handle training business administration, including maintaining records, processing registrations, and tracking attendance.
• Communicate with clients, trainers, and participants regarding training schedules, logistics, and requirements.
• Prepare training materials, certificates, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety training standards and industry regulations.
• Manage training databases and generate reports as required.
• Support in marketing and promoting training programs.
• Handle any on-site training arrangements, including venue setup and equipment.
• Assist in post-training evaluations and feedback collection for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Experience in training coordination, administration, or a related role (preferably in the safety or consulting industry).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and database management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of safety training standards and compliance (preferred but not mandatory).
• Immediate availability to join.
