Training Coordinator

Role & responsibilities

1. As an individual contributor, you will lead, coordinate, variety of training programs in online mode/classroom mode. Acting as Project Lead/OSD on these requirements & getting it delivered effectively.
2. Monthly/Fortnightly connect with HODs/Business Leads to understand ongoing training/recruitment (TNI) requirements.
3. Measuring Training/Recruitment effectiveness by putting up check points before & after delivery.
4. Training & Recruitment billing/vendor invoices.
5. Extend support & handhold internal training team verticals in various projects.
6. Prepare monthly highlights/interventions data for review, with stakeholders.
7. Coordinating with internal resources and vendors for the flawless execution of project.
8. Develop a detailed plan to monitor and track the progress of the project.

To be successful in the Training Coordinator role you are required to have:

1. Knowledge about Training Fundamentals: Adult Learning Principles, Bloom's Taxonomy, Training Evaluation Kirk Patrick Model, TNI, ADDIE.

2. Dynamic professional with excellent interpersonal skills, self-starter and has enterprising work style.

3. Strong organizational skills (planning & coordination) and ability to multi-task.

4. Strong Microsoft office skills, good at plotting data on excel & ppt. Good at Gmail & managing outlook/google calendar.

5. Go getter attitude, collaborator & one who can infuse energy in the projects.
