Primary

Good knowledge about Payroll Processing -Structuring the salaries and processing the salary

Good knowledge of PF, ESI, LWF and statutorycompliances

Knowledge of income payroll related tax knowledge

Working knowledge of Ex-Pat Salary

Reviewing the work of the team members

Responsible for ensuring timely and accuratedelivery of payroll

Verification and reconciliation of monthly payroll

Secondary

Basic knowledge about MS Office-especially Excel

Good written and verbal communication

Email usage-preferably MS Outlook

Team management and allocation of routine work

Client management
