JOB DESCRIPTION:

DESIREDSKILL:

Payroll

Payroll Review -review of work done by the payroll team including the deliverables

Payroll Reports - inExcel (CTC Reco, Variance Analysis etc)

Team Handling -Working Planning and Scheduling, Team Coordination etc

Team Leading - workdivision, team motivation and moral

Client liaison -Should be independently able to do Client Communication and Coordination

Process improvement -Continually refine payroll process

Reporting Matrices-develop and monitor Key Matrices for Payroll process

Regulations -knowledge of all relevant regulations for payroll including PF, ESI, Gratuityetc

Team leading

Proficient in MSOffice-especially Excel

Good written andverbal communication

Team management andallocation of routine work

Client management
