The Accounting & Financial Control team is apivotal part of Entity Setup & Management, providing book keeping,reporting, financial control, and treasury solutions to clients. This team alsoacts as the single window for clients availing other group services provided byNexdigm/SKP like tax compliances, transfer pricing, and assurance.

The Associate Director position
The role will initiallybe to take charge of the current operations and thereafter manage the practice including client relationship, oversight of deliverables, people development and management and operational excellence.
Youwill be responsible forthe P&L of the practice and will also be involved in growing the revenues throughnew client acquisition, product development and growthof existing accounts.

E xperience: 12 - 15 yrs PQE Education: Qualified C.A.
Responsibilities:

o Accountability for clientcompliances and deliverables, ownership of full suite relationships
o Guidance, motivation, andmentoring of teams and DRs (Managers, Sr. managers)
o Drive automation andadoption of workflow
o Improve cash flow -ensure timely collections
o Process simplification,standardization and adherence to QMS
o Process hygiene,documentation, discipline
