Job Description
- Maintain strong relations with the university, coordinating effectively with the academic team, dean, staff, and senior management.
- Ensure the timely completion of all academic record tasks and maintain comprehensive academic reporting and documentation.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to discuss and implement adjustments, such as revision classes or changes in pace, as needed.
- Maintain a high-quality student experience both within and outside the batch.
- Address student escalations promptly and ensure resolution within the defined TAT.
- Execute experiments in batches as mandated by the projects team.
- Provide user feedback to the product team to drive continuous improvement.
Willingness to work in a fast - paced and output-driven environment.
Work Experience of 2+years.
Basic Knowledge of Excel/GoogleSheets.
Good communication skills - Proficiency in English and Hindi (Spoken&Written).
Earlier Customerfacing experience preferred.
Willing to make calls and be responsible for communication as and when necessary.

- No appreciation for work done. - Appraisals were kept on hold and once we ask for it, they'll either demotivate you by putting into PIP or fire from the job. - I've worked in this company for more than 2 years. Got first appraisal post 6 months and after that no appraisal or promotion.
