3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within Customer Service or Administration.
Familiarity with managing contracts and service agreements.
Strong knowledge of aftersales processes and customer service practices.
Proficient in using ERP systems and other relevant software.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
Fluent in both written and spoken English.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including functions like VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
Position
In the role of Regional Service Operations Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and updating the service agreement funnel, preparing and issuing service contract quotations before contract expiration, and updating reasons for lost opportunities. Additionally, you will process new service agreements, generate work orders, and maintain accurate service documents and customer asset records in the D365 CRM system. You will also prepare spare parts quotations as needed. You will work closely with service engineers across the APAC region, ensuring that all administrative tasks are handled efficiently and with great attention to detail. This role requires strong organizational skills, a sense of urgency, good knowledge of Excel, and experience in administrative functions .
Your eye for detail and improvements will aid to the service process and customer experience, which you will be supporting proactively and resourcefully.
You will work in an international set-up with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
