About The Role

We re currently searching for a Senior Program Manager to join our team. This role demands sharp business acumen, a deep understanding of business challenges, and an exceptional ability to solve complex problems. The ideal candidate should be a natural problem-solver, passionate about identifying core issues, and committed to crafting innovative, impactful solutions.

You will also work closely with senior management, taking complete ownership of projects and ensuring their successful execution. This is a unique opportunity to drive high-level strategic initiatives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership to identify and deeply understand critical business challenges in academic programs and processes.
• Take complete ownership of cross-functional problem statements, coordinating with multiple teams to analyze root causes and implement effective solutions.
• Act as the central point of contact for project execution, ensuring seamless collaboration across departments.
• Conduct experiments for proposed solutions, track their progress, and deliver actionable insights.
• Present well-researched recommendations to senior management, shaping decision-making and thought processes.
• Drive the adoption of industry-first solutions to maintain our innovative edge.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Program Manager, Business Consultant, Product Manager, or in a similar role.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills, structured thinking, and the ability to address complex challenges effectively.
• Strong business understanding with a demonstrated ability to deeply understand and resolve business issues.
• Proven ability to manage and drive initiatives across multiple stakeholders.
• A high level of ownership and accountability for the projects you undertake.
• Strong execution mindset with a focus on delivering measurable results.
• Exceptional data analysis skills (e.g., Excel or equivalent tools).
• Bachelor s degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, MBA is desirable
• Knowledge of Data Science and AI is a plus.
