Responsible for handling the complete recruitment life cycle for IT/Non IT positions
Develop action plans/recruiting strategies to identify qualified candidates through various job portals and networking websites. Maintain the hiring funnel and metrics like candidate s conversion ratios, NPS etc
Regular Interaction/daily meetings with team and business unit heads to discuss requirements, determine focus, sourcing strategies, interview evaluations, offers, hires, future requirements and create a funnel of potential candidates proactively Source best suitable talent while managing candidate relationships Screen candidate on both soft and technical skills Build strong foundation of culture, systems, and processes at scale Onboarding and Employee Engagement activities
Requirement:
Any Graduate / Post Graduate 5+ years of recruitment experience Must have TA leadership experience Must have experience with scaling an early stage startups Proficiency in various sourcing strategies including key-word searches and hiring portals
Understanding of the recruiting funnel and monitoring of Talent acquisition metrics Exceptional communication skills Clear and logical understanding of tech-stacks, tech-positions and talent pool Proven track record of working in a fast paced environment
