GEN AI Practice Head

We are seeking a GEN AI Practice Head for a digital transformation consulting firm specializing in AI, cloud, data analytics, and automation.

Job Profile:

Practice, Develop and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the GenAI practice aligned with business objectives. Establish thought leadership by identifying emerging trends and use cases in Generative AI.
Define and standardize GenAI frameworks, methodologies, and best practices for project delivery. Build partnerships with AI technology providers, startups, and academic institutions.
Solution Design and Innovation Lead the design and development of scalable GenAI-based solutions, including NLP models, image/video synthesis, and creative AI applications. Oversee the selection of tools, platforms, and frameworks (e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face, Google Vertex AI).
Ensure solutions meet client requirements in scalability, performance, and ethical AI considerations. Team Leadership and Development Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of data scientists, machine learning engineers, and AI consultants. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the team.
Drive initiatives to upskill and reskill teams on generative AI technologies and industry best practices.
Client Engagement and Delivery Collaborate with business development teams to identify opportunities, pitch GenAI solutions, and onboard new clients. Ensure successful delivery of GenAI projects with a focus on quality, timelines, and client satisfaction. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing thought leadership on generative AI strategies and solutions.
Financial and Operational Excellence Own PL responsibility for the GenAI practice. Define and track KPIs to measure practice success and client ROI. Drive operational efficiencies to optimize costs, delivery timelines, and resource utilization.
Strong expertise in Generative AI, NLP, transformers (e.g., GPT, BERT), and diffusion models. Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks and tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenAI, or Hugging Face. Proven track record in designing and deploying large-scale AI/ML solutions.
Experience working across industries such as banking, healthcare, retail, or media. Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for deploying AI solutions. Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

BTech / BE
Key Skills: OpenAI, GPT models, Hugging Face, PyTorch, LangChain, Diffusion Models
12+ Years of experience
Strong expertise in Generative AI, NLP, transformers (e.g., GPT, BERT), and diffusion models.
Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks and tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenAI, or Hugging Face.
Proven track record in designing and deploying large-scale AI/ML solutions.
Experience working across industries such as banking, healthcare, retail, or media.
Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for deploying AI solutions.
Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
