- Practice Development
- Build and scale the Data and Analytics practice, forming a team of at least 10 within three months and scaling to 100+ within a year.
- Embed data and AI capabilities into all practice offerings to drive digital transformation initiatives.

- Manage the practice s financial performance, ensuring profitability and meeting revenue targets.
- Leverage partnerships with technology providers (e.g., Microsoft, Oracle, IBM, AWS, Google) for lead generation, joint pitches, and pipeline conversions.

- Sales Enablement
- Develop a strong sales pipeline by consulting on analytics and AI-driven strategies.
- Confidently engage with C-level executives to position the practice as a strategic partner for data transformation.

- Team Leadership
- Recruit, mentor, and retain top talent in data engineering, analytics and AI domains.

- Technical Solutions
- Oversee data management, warehousing, integration, migration, business intelligence, and analytics delivery.
- Deliver innovative solutions using modern Data AI platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP, tailored to client needs.

- Client Engagement
- Build trusted relationships with clients in India and GCCs to deliver impactful and measurable outcomes.
- Act as a trusted advisor, integrating AI and data-driven insights into client strategies and solutions.

- Minimum of 12 years of experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing PL and large teams of 40+ professionals in a complex delivery environment.
- Proven expertise in consulting, solution design, and implementing data and analytics strategies.
- Deep hands-on experience with modern Data AI platforms, such as Azure, AWS, and GCP.
- Strong knowledge of programming languages like Python, Java, C++, R, and SQL, along with algorithms and data structures.
- Expertise in data science, ML engineering, and advanced analytics, with a good understanding of statistics and probability.
- Experience overseeing data management, warehousing, integration, migration, and business intelligence solutions.
- Strong alliances with technology partners to drive joint pitches, lead generation, and pipeline management in data analytics.
