Director - Media / Director of Performance Marketing

Position Summary:
As the Director - Media / Performance Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in strategizing, executing, and optimizing ad campaigns to achieve exceptional results. With a focus on lead generation, direct purchases, and maximizing ROI, you ll collaborate closely with clients and
internal teams to ensure campaign success. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, hands-on expertise, and strong communication skills.

 

Key Responsibilities:
Media Strategy & Planning:
Develop comprehensive, data-driven media plans tailored to meet clients objectives.
Define audience segmentation, targeting strategies, and allocate budgets effectively.
Campaign Execution & Optimization:
Set up, monitor, and optimize ad campaigns across Google Ads and Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram).
Drive results against key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ROAS, CTR, and CPA.
Conduct A/B tests to enhance campaign performance and improve ad creatives.
Analytics & Reporting:
Leverage GA4 for robust campaign tracking and actionable insights.

Prepare and present detailed performance reports with strategic recommendations for clients.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Partner with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with campaign goals.
Build strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates and insights to foster trust and satisfaction.

 

Requirements:
Experience & Skills:
10+ years of experience in media buying, planning, and strategy.
10+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta (Facebook, Instagram) campaigns.
Expertise in media planning, strategy, and campaign execution.
Strong proficiency with GA4 for campaign tracking, analytics, and reporting.
In-depth knowledge of platforms like Google Ads Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, and related tools.
Ability to analyze large datasets and derive actionable insights to optimize performance.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns
simultaneously.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
