Conduct sales activities including prospecting to develop opportunities in commercial and Enterprise Markets. This role must be able to engage with C level customers and assist the team to progress opportunities into closure
Ensure successful rollout and adoption of Giniminds Solutions and products through strong account management activities and coordination with pre-and-post sales engineering and support resources
Create the Giniminds Advance Data Management opportunities in Store, Enrich and Secure solutions and markets for India and other emerging markets
Prospect and qualify leads, develop new customers in conjunction with OEM s of Giniminds
Prepare activity and forecast reports for management reviews and business closures with pre-defined outcomes
Achieve quarterly targets consistently and create pipeline in advance
Develop close plan execution.
Build and strengthen the business relationship with current accounts and new prospect
Should have minimum of 8-10 years of experience in various Digital, Analytical, Security technologies

B. Tech / B Sc. / BCA etc. with PG Degree/Diploma in management preferred
Should be from Tier 1 Tier 2 universities with proven records
Should have sales account management experience along with Leadership Skills in owning PL Sales Business unit
