Job Description
To develop corporate FIT and MICE business for our resorts and to generate business from corporate leisure segment in the operating region.
Achieve the budgeted targets within the branch.
To build maintain strong relationships with Clients, Travel Agencies, Events Planners, Corporates and Hotel Sales.
To identify potential customers. create and close new business opportunities in line with the strategic direction of the company
Communicate the HSD Value proposition within the strategic designated sales geography
To make inspiring sales presentations to the prospective customers.
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors activities.
Work closely with the Hotel s marketing team to develop promotional material campaigns to support sales initiatives.
Creating a Potential Pipeline of prospects for MICE and FIT, from Hotel Sales and corporate business.
Negotiation and Contract agreement finalization.
Any Graduate / Post Graduate
2+ Years of Hotel Sales experience
Excellent Communication skills
