As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you will play a pivotal role in attracting, assessing, and securing top-tier sales talent across our global sales teams. With your expertise in tech and data solutions, your primary responsibility will be to partner closely with hiring managers to identify talent needs, develop targeted recruiting strategies, and manage the recruitment process from end-to-end.
This role is critical to ensuring we have the right sales talent to drive our business forward.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies for Tech Sales and International Sales positions, ensuring alignment with the company's growth objectives and team needs.
- Talent Sourcing: Proactively source, engage, and nurture relationships with potential candidates through multiple channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, industry events, and your own professional network.
- Candidate Screening: Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' technical and sales abilities, ensuring they meet the requirements of the role and align with our company culture.
- Hiring Manager Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements, sales competencies, and team dynamics, ensuring that all positions are filled with top-performing talent.
- Global Recruitment: Manage international hiring initiatives, ensuring a deep understanding of the regional market and cultural nuances for sales talent in different geographies.
- Candidate Experience: Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process, including prompt communication, feedback, and a positive interview experience.
- Onboarding: Collaborate with HR and team leads to ensure smooth onboarding of new hires, setting them up for success from day one.
- Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date on trends in the tech sales and international sales recruiting landscape, continuously improving your sourcing and hiring strategies to ensure competitiveness.
- Metrics and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities, providing regular reporting on key metrics such as time-to-fill, candidate quality, and hiring success rates.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong focus on recruiting for tech sales, SaaS, or data solutions companies.
- Industry Knowledge: Proven expertise in hiring for sales roles in the technology/data solutions industry, with a deep understanding of the technical and sales skills required for these positions.
- International Hiring: Demonstrated experience in sourcing and hiring candidates from global markets, understanding regional sales trends, and adapting recruitment strategies to diverse cultural contexts.
- Recruitment Tools: Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other sourcing tools.
- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage with senior leaders and candidates alike.
- Metrics-Driven: Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure and report on recruitment performance and outcomes.
