The Impact you will create in the Job: Plan and Execute the campaigns on behalf of our customers in the expected timelines. You will do primary level HTML modifications as per customer request. Analyze and monitor customers campaigns delivery and share campaign delivery reports with customers. Understand and respond to primary level Customer queries/issues over phone or email /ticketing system. Analyze and identify process changes or product enhancements required & suggest if any. Monitor internal alerts and raise alarm for critical issues. Deliver the best Customer experience by actively being available at flexible shift timings. You will be the voice of the customer when engaging with internal teams. Maintaining and expanding on excellent executive client relationships as well as building strong internal relationships across the departments to deliver superior performance. Investigate the core of the problem and suggest a long-term solution to it. Monitoring and managing the accounts to ensure higher ROI for the clients. Facilitating successful execution of all types of campaigns. (Email, SMS, Voice and Automation) Proactively offering support to the customers on their queries. What do we look for? Excellent proficiency in English communication, both written & verbal. Knowledge on Microsoft Excel/ OpenOffice Calc and PowerPoint to draft and share reports Self-motivated, Self-starter and strategic mindset and quick learner. A team-player with a good level of patience and discipline. Freshers with quick learning skills and excellent communication skills can be considered.
