Job Description:
A Customer Support Representatives (CSR) role is to address all customers technical issues/queries in an efficient and timely manner.
CSR interact with customers on multiple channels like – Chat, Email, Phone call, Video Call. and ensure all issues/queries are dealt with immediately.

What happens in Netcore’s CAT (Customer Amazement Team):
CSR in CAT connect with customers using 2 channels – Chat (FreshChat) & Email (FreshDesk).
If it is a query, technical issue, bug in the product, or any other problem, a CSR makes sure they take complete ownership and assist the customer get the quality experience they are looking at.
CRS also works closely within the internal Support staff and with different business functions to ensure timely responses, progressive updates on issues, and resolutions.

1. Complete Ownership of all requests

2. Troubleshooting problems to resolution

3. Escalate issues to internal teams

4. Collect feedback from customers

5. Document the knowledge as Articles/solutions
