Respond to emails and calling up the customers to get resolve the issues.
Troubleshoot system and network problems, and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
Proper recording and scrutiny of the complaints received.
Use process knowledge in replying to customers.
Escalate complex issues to L2 and get them resolved within the SLA decided.
Efficient dealing of complaints to completion and enabling satisfaction of customer.
Following up with customers and taking feedback.
Rapidly establish a good working relationship with customers
Requirements :
0-1 year of experience in technical support.
Outstanding communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills enabling one to deal with customer professionally.
Creative problem solving skills.
Should have understanding of basic networking (protocols, IPv4, Router configuration etc), application download and installation in Android and iOS devices.
Knowledge of Kannada, Tamil or Telugu is a big plus.
Should be a good team player
Willing to work on weekend shifts on rotational basis(with 2 days off)
Will be working in Day shifts on a rotational basis (Morning and Afternoon shifts)
Qualification :
BCA/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics or Computer Science.
