Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities :
Qualifications :
- Manage a team of Field Engineers, Autocad draftman & Technicians to coordinate the installation of Home Automation System
- Estimate resource & material requirements
- Capture all requirements and keep all stakeholders posted about all the changes
- Should be well versed in written as verbal communication
- Knowledge of Kannada, Tamil or Telgu is a big plus
- Should able to understand autocad drawings and instruct electricians & site engineers accordingly
- Should be a good team player, as the work demands to work with site engineers, technicians, test engineers, auto-cad designers
Qualifications :
- BE in Electrical, Electronics, Computer Science or related field
- MBA in operations is a big plus
- 3-8 years of experience in product installation, autocad drawings, home automation, BMS, networking, etc
- Excellent Communication Skills
- At least 2 years of Experience of leading a team of 4 to 10 members is required.
- Must be willing to travel to site(both within and outside Bangalore), if required
- It is a customer facing role and it may require to work on Weekend shifts
- PMP certification is a big plus
