Campaign Execution : Client Site (Pune)

• Plan and Execute the campaigns on behalf of our customers in the expected timelines
• You will do primary level HTML modifications as per customer request
• Analyze and monitor customers campaigns delivery and share campaign delivery reports with customers
• Understand and respond to primary level Customer queries/issues over phone or email /ticketing system
• Analyze and identify process changes or product enhancements required & suggest if any
• Monitor internal alerts and raise alarm for critical issues
• Deliver the best Customer experience by actively being available at flexible shift timings
• You will be the voice of the customer when engaging with internal teams
• Maintaining and expanding on excellent executive client relationships as well as building strong internal relationships across the departments to deliver superior performance
• Investigate the core of the problem and suggest a long-term solution to it
• Monitoring and managing the accounts to ensure higher ROI for the clients
• Facilitating successful execution of all types of campaigns
• (Email, SMS, Voice and Automation) Proactively offering support to the customers on their queries

• A team-player with a good level of patience and discipline
• Freshers with quick learning skills and excellent communication skills can be considered
• Knowledge of Linux, DNS and mails would be an add-on
