HR Technology & Operations - Senior Executive / Deputy Manager

Job Purpose:

• Responsible for below HR Technology & Operations activities/tasks:
• Managing HRIS
• SOPs & HR Policies
• HR Audit, HR Risk Management
• HR Analytics

Job Responsibilities:

• To act as a system administrator of HRIS application.
• Implementing process configurations & system customization as per process requirement
• Implementation of changes in the HR work structure, workflows and its alignment with the HRIS
• Coordination with various stakeholders pertaining to regulatory compliances and assist in various submissions to the Regulator within specified timelines.
• Handling/Supporting all internal and external HR Audits.
• Suggest & implement risk mitigation measures w.r.t. SOP, Risk Registers, BIA and Audit observations
• Coordination with Risk/Infosec. team for periodic incident reporting, systems audit, etc.
• Preparing monthly, quarterly people analytics dashboards, various MIS and providing data and insights related support
• Responsible for HR policies & drafting and updating SOPs for HR Processes
• Ensure complete and accurate compliance with various HR policies.
• Maintenance of employee records.
• Take initiatives to improve the existing HR processes & continuous improvement through automation

Functional Competencies required:

• Must have working knowledge of Power BI / any analytical tool
• Must be proficient in Advanced Excel, visualization tools, macros and database management
• Should have hands on experience in management of any HR application
• Experience in handling of internal process audit would be preferred.
