Senior Executive - Business Development

Job Purpose:

• Co-create, execute and monitor the sales strategy for the proprietary sales
• Identifying new accounts to participate on the companys platform and promote increased trading from these accounts through manual as well as Algo.

Job Responsibilities:

• Show back tested results and reports
• Showcase the opportunity of trading in exchange
• Conduct training programs to engage fresh dealers and clients
• To establish and enhance cash and carry opportunities and handhold them to initiate and evaluate algorithmic trading opportunities.
• Ability to communicate clearly ,quickly and effectively in a professional setting
• Entrepreneurial attitude ,creative problem solving skills and ability to implement iterative improvements to trading skills
• Promote revenue generation from existing members in the retail and prop trading through schemes, campaigns, education and awareness.
• Identifying cross selling opportunities between prop sales and business development teams across members doing prop and client businesses.
